Refund Policy


Because all of our products are custom-made—including stickers, apparel, and digital designs—we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.


All orders are processed based on the information provided at checkout. A digital proof may be provided when applicable. Once a proof is approved, the order is locked into production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.


If production has begun, materials have been ordered, or any work has started on your order, it is considered in production and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.


If there is an error on our end (such as an incorrect item, size, or design that does not match the approved proof), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and agree not to initiate chargebacks for custom-made goods.
