Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 5A – CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS  
All products are custom-made or produced to order.  
Once production has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable.  
No cancellations or changes after approval.  
Customer is responsible for final proof approval including artwork, spelling, sizing, quantities, colors, and placement.  

SECTION 5B – PROOF APPROVAL & PAYMENT DISPUTES  
Approval of proofs authorizes production.  
By submitting payment, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks for custom goods once production has started.  

SECTION 5C – PATCHES, APPLICATION & CARE  
Iron-on backings require sewing for durability.  
We are not responsible for improper application or wear after delivery.  

SECTION 6 - BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION  
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.  
You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties.
