This website is operated by Frank’s WearHouse LLC. References to “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Frank’s WearHouse LLC and its owner.

Website Content & Artwork Ownership

Original website content, Frank’s WearHouse branding, and original designs owned by Frank’s WearHouse LLC may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Department names, logos, insignia, trademarks, photographs, and customer-supplied artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Frank’s WearHouse LLC does not claim ownership of these materials.

Purchasing a garment, sticker, design service, or digital file does not automatically transfer copyright, exclusivity, or unrestricted reproduction rights. Any license, ownership transfer, or permission to reproduce artwork elsewhere must be specifically agreed to in writing. Rights expressly included in a project agreement remain in effect.

Customer-Submitted Materials & Permission

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names, or other materials, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to authorize their use, modification, and reproduction for the requested project.

Department membership, possession of an image, or finding artwork online does not by itself establish permission to reproduce it. Photographs may require permission from the photographer or other rights holder.

You authorize Frank’s WearHouse LLC and production partners assisting with your order to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, produce your order, and fulfill the agreed project. This does not transfer ownership of your materials.

I may request written authorization, pause a project, or decline work when ownership, permission, or intended use is unclear.

Department & Member-Only Collections

Collections identified as department-only or member-only are intended for eligible, authorized purchasers. A password or access to a collection does not establish membership, grant permission to purchase restricted items, or authorize reproduction of its artwork.

I may verify eligibility and decline or cancel unauthorized orders. Purchasing or wearing an item does not confer department membership, credentials, authority, or official status.

Affiliation & Brand References

Frank’s WearHouse LLC is an independent apparel and custom-printing business. Unless expressly stated and authorized, the display of a department name, organization, logo, or garment brand does not imply official sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Mockups & Product Representation

Mockups and digital proofs illustrate the proposed appearance of a product. Screen settings, garment materials, sizes, and production methods may result in reasonable differences in color, scale, texture, and placement.

These variations do not excuse an incorrect item, defective product, or material departure from the agreed order or approved proof.

Unless a product is expressly identified and documented for a specific protective use, apparel and decoration sold through this website are not represented as personal protective equipment. Follow garment manufacturer instructions and your department’s requirements.

Other Store Policies

Orders are also subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. This notice does not replace those policies or any written project agreement.

Ownership or Permission Concerns

If you believe content or a product on this website uses your material without authorization, email FranksWearHouse@gmail.com. Please include your contact information, identify the material and relevant page or product, and explain your ownership or authority to act for the owner so I can review the concern promptly.

Nothing in this notice limits customer rights that cannot be waived.
